Earning rewards is as simple, just sign up for an account, and make a purchase. Your rewards will be tallied online and available to you by logging in your account.

Here’s how it works

For each dollar you spend on Madame Lash® website, or by phone at 1-866-210-6586, you will receive one reward point (before taxes applied). Our rewards program is set on a 2 tier earning system. You can start redeeming once you have accumulated rewards for the first tier, or wait for greater rewards once you have reached the second tier.

Each Monday you will have the ability to earn 2 reward points for every dollar you spend on the Madame Lash website.

Q: Where can I see my rewards tally?
A: Simply, log in in your account with your phone number, and you will see your most recent reward earnings.

Q: How often can I redeem my rewards?
A: Once you have reached the first tier of the rewards program you can start redeeming your rewards.

Q: Can I transfer my rewards to another account?
A: No, your points cannot be transferred to any other accounts.

Q: Can I use my rewards with other sales?
A: Yes, our rewards system is designed to let you redeem your points whenever you need them, use in conjecture of sales, promotions or free shipping offers.

Q: Can I redeem my rewards for cash?
A: No, you can only redeem your points for merchandise on the Madame Lash website or by placing your order by phone at 1-866-210-6586. The rewards have no monetary value.

Q: Can I return or exchange on my redemption program?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges of rewards redemption. Please make your selection carefully before redeeming your points and purchase.

Q: Do I need to pay shipping on my redemption items?
A: Yes, please note that you cannot redeem points for shipping; you will be billed for any shipping charges separately.
